The SIH “Dream It, Be It” Conference allows girls to learn from female professionals how they achieved their career and the lessons they've learned throughout the process. Girls have the opportunity to learn about career preparation, opportunities in familiar and unfamiliar career paths, self-care, and ways to grow in confidence along the way. 

This year’s speakers include, among others, women in the field of medicine, dentistry, forensics, education/welding and television.
